• The regular conference fee is 1000 PLN (250 EUR).
• The Organising Committee acknowledges that the full conference fee may be a barrier for some participants. As scientific merit should be the sole criterion for participation, we are committed to broad accessibility. Therefore, we are pleased to offer a reduced fee or a full fee waiver to eligible participants. To apply, please send a brief request by email to the Organising Committee at fens25@fizyka.pw.edu.pl.

• The length of the abstract is limited to 2000 characters, including spaces and formatting (approx. 1 page A4).
• LaTeX may be used within the abstract.
• The header information of the abstract (title, authors, affiliations) should not be repeated in the body of the abstract.
• The abstract should be submitted online (you may copy and paste it from your text editor).
• Please note that registration and abstract submission are two separate actions, both of which are required.
